Gahagan, Black & Associates, PLLC (GBA) is a women-owned small business. Our firm specializes in audits, reviews, preparation of financial statements, and consulting for nonprofit and governmental engagements, including Public and Multi-Family Housing organizations. GBA performs compilations, payroll services and other contract services. GBA focuses on providing professional and personalized service to our clients. Ms. Gahagan received a B.S. in Accounting from Mars Hill College. She was licensed as a CPA in 1998. Ms. Black received a B.S in Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville and a Masters in Accountancy from Western Carolina University. She was licensed as a CPA in 1998. Ms. Gahagan and Ms. Black have both been members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants since 1998.
